Old meme is old.

Before you make an animation that has to do about something from an internet subculture you might want to do your research first. For example this meme is one of the oldest memes of ALL TIME, most people who have been around the internet for a day (or two) no longer find this remotely funny. Also, most people want to see ORIGINAL CONTENT. Make your own stuff up, don't use stale ideas that have been floating around for years.

This is possibly the greatest animation of our time. It made me laugh and cry at the same time. I love you for making this. I was considering killing myself until I saw this animation, it gave meaning to my life. Thank you.

Delightful

You can really see the time spent on this flash. Peter the Penguin is a deep character, when I watched this masterpiece I really felt like I knew him. You really captured me, his spins were so elegant and his voice was raspy, but emotional. I loved the climax drama, where Peter the Penguin realizes that it's not actually a store, but Spin Love Zone. It made me laugh, cry, and love all at the same time.

Great

Pretty good, here's some tips:
+ Increase Framerate
+ Muzzle Flash
+ Bullet tracers should be white or non existent
+ Make sure the bullets look they come from the gun
+ Draw the blood while zoomed in to at least 800% to make it look seksy
+ Work on an overall color scheme, with madness you'll probably want darker, more saturated colors

It looks like you took your time on this, which is great. The more time spent the better it becomes!

Good job you watched a classic "Hijack Vent" video and made it into a flash. Considering there was no actual animation in it the sounds are recycle from other things, and there's not even a preloader you get my 0/10.
